Ashley H. Hendren

Ashley is an accomplished trial lawyer with over 29 years of experience in civil litigation, divorce, child custody and related family law matters. She has been recognized for her success in the courtroom and is respected for her professionalism and negotiation skills. 

She was a litigation attorney on the National Tobacco Litigation and the multi-billion dollar settlement.  

Ashley continues to run a law practice on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and is currently opening an office on the Alabama Gulf Coast.  She practices law in the areas of personal injury, motor vehicle collisions, insurance claims, divorce, child custody, family law, criminal law and general civil litigation. 

From her years of courtroom experience, Ashley has gained the knowledge and skill necessary to help litigants overcome the difficult legal and emotional obstacles that stand in the way of amicable resolution of litigation.  She firmly believes in the mediation process and has used it herself to resolve numerous complicated lawsuits on behalf of her clients.  

Ashley is on the Mississippi Bar Association Directory of Mediators and completed her mediation training through the Meditation Training Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.  She is currently applying for her mediation certification in Alabama.
